The Fire Maiden 1
This shot came from a shoot with Sakara in 2006. The shoot went so well I decided to produce more images than normal from it, this is one of them. When it came to working on the pictures I immediately regretted the wild hair and lengths of frizzy wool attached to the headdress. Each picture took several hours work getting the cutout and blend as good as possible. The miniature set was made using a real rock on an underlit platform with images of a real fire.
